Our Specialists will work with you to schedule convenient, regular appointment times. We request that you provide us with at least 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be billed at the full usual rate and will not be covered by insurance. They will show up as a “Missed Appointment” on your bill. If there is a severe illness or emergency, please discuss this with your specialist.
